Meet the team!
This lime tree in Comrie, Perthshire, lost its two lifelong neighbours during storm Eowyn. This has left it very exposed, so a tough decision was made to remove it before it becomes a hazard.
All removed and tidied in a day by our skilled team of dismantlers!

All our climbers and ground staff are certified and experienced chainsaw operators. We take the safety of our staff very seriously, and make sure they are using the latest equipment, and are following the latest guidance from the Arboricultural Association.

Our climbers are some of the best in Scotland (we even have an ex competition climber on the team). Whether its a technical limb dismantle above a house like this Oak in St Fillans, or a hazardous removal with immovable hazards beneath, we can find a safe solution.

Not all our work needs to be noisy! Here Scott is doing some light thinning on an elderly ornamental acer in Crieff Perthshire, to mitigate wind loading on an exposed branch.

Winter fruit tree pruning, this is one of the more amazing apple trees we have the pleasure of looking after!

Big smiles no matter what the weather! Well most of the time at least... a bit of snow makes the tidy a bit easier, hence the smiles from the ground staff!

Performing a ground based basic tree inspection in Perthshire, in particular identifying Ash trees affected by Chalara fraxinus, ash die back. This disease is rife unfortunately, and causes irreversible branch and stem weakening. Always best to get checked regularly, as they can very quickly become unclimbable, requiring more expensive mechanical interventions.

These cypress in a garden in Comrie Strathearn, were succumbing to root rot, and had aleready lost one of its stems to high winds. Removed safely, and as a bonus, really opened up the view in that corner of the garden!

Burning invasive rhododendron in a Stirlingshire estate. We would normally chip woody matter like this, but sometimes access doesn't allow, even for a small chipper!
